Good conversation

• Hey mom when was the last time you updated your profile picture?
• I don't know it's been a year or so, why?
• Oh I just was thinking about updating mine, and I was curious if you remembered where you took the photo
• It was on the boat on my birthday trip with your Dad. That was a fun trip
• Who took the photo?
• Oh we just handed the camera to some guy and asked him to snap one. I thought I looked really good so I posted it.
• Have you ever gotten professional photos taken?
• Of course, we used to get family portraits done all the time as a kid
• Ever just gone out with your friends to snap portraits?
• No, I don't think so. I mean when I'm out with my friends sometimes they'll snap pictures or I'll get some of them. Does that count?
• I was thinking about how I could get really professional shots. Do you remember how they got you to look good in the photos at the studio?
• On no, I kinda just sit there and pose. They give me some instructions and the shots look good. I usually order a pack or two.
• What do you normally do to make your own photos look good?
• I don't really know. I guess I just smile and look at the camera.
